Vanderbilt Beach

Vanderbilt Beach is located in North Naples close to Bonita Springs on the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  People come to this area for the natural beauty, wildlife and white sandy beaches.  Although you will find large hotels like the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort and La Playa Beach Resort here, the area maintains its small town charm with luxury condos and single family homes dotting this tranquil strip of land.  Single family homes and condos range in price from the mid $500’s to the millions with more affordable single family homes and duplexes located in Naples Park.  Buildings along Vanderbilt Beach include Beachmoor, Sea Chase, Le Dauphin, Bayshores, Manatee Resort, Moraya Bay and many more.  Moraya Bay is one of the newest buildings with a modern décor located at the North end of Gulf Shore Blvd near Wiggins State Park.  High rises and homes line the stunning white sandy beach.  All other homes in this area sit directly on canals leading to the Gulf of Mexico.  Buyers can find both new homes and older homes that need updating; this is waterfront living at its best!

Welcome to Naples, Florida…specifically Olde Naples…where mansions and cottages line the Gulf of Mexico and you can walk beneath tropical palms and lush foliage to many upscale, local shops and restaurants.  Here you will find, nestled between Tamiami Trail (the original trail from Tampa to Miami) and the Gulf of Mexico prime real estate that sells in the millions of dollars.  Communities in Old Naples include Aqualane Shores and Port Royal with homes along deep canals, the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Bay.  There are no gate houses and only one Country Club…the exclusive Port Royal Club.  All members must live in Port Royal and these properties are some of the most exclusive and beautiful in the world.  Home buyers in this area are generally looking for a large estate home with water access and spend anywhere from $3 million up to $20 million for property.  But, Olde Naples is charming and accessible to visitors; anyone can travel downtown and enjoy the local shops and restaurants on 5th Ave and 3rd Street South, walk to the famous Naples Pier or simply enjoy the natural beauty of the area.  While building in Old Naples continues and newer construction speckles the area, the old charm that we love is everywhere you look.

Royal Harbor

Royal Harbor is located near the heart of Naples, just minutes away from the fine dining and shopping of 5th Avenue and Olde Naples.  This area is loved for its proximity to shopping, dining and the water.  Many of the homes are located on Naples Bay, while others are on gulf access canals. Many residents enjoy the boating lifestyle of this community.  Royal Harbor is located on the corner of US 41 and Davis Boulevard and offers family homes, many of which are new or have been remodeled.

The Moorings

The Moorings: for those wishing to live close to the beach west of 41 in a beautiful tree lined neighborhood close to shopping and dining.  The Moorings is comprised of single family residences and condos within walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico, some homes are situated directly on the Gulf or Naples Bay.  Many streets inside The Moorings are lined with beautiful banyan trees, which form a shaded canopy over the street, giving drivers the feel of having entered a beautiful, natural tunnel.

The Moorings Country Club is located in the center of the development and provides members with wonderful club amenities, including a golf course. The Moorings also has its own private beach park, accessible only to the residents of The Moorings’ communities.  The beach park is surrounded by condominiums that are typically not as tall as those found in nearby Park Shore.  Prices here typically range from just under $1 million to well over $3 million for a well-appointed residence.  This area is somewhat exclusive and highly desirable; buying a home or condo in The Moorings is a good investment now and for generations.
